Just to let everyone know, you can now get a metal powerball! Got mine today....a lot heavier than the plastic ones but much smoother action and it looks and feels lovely to use

I thought i'd dig mine out as my wrist has been achey of late. Im not sure why but it doesn't seem to really spin anymore, it gets to 3k and wont go any faster? I was 10k+ before, any ideas?

I personally don't think they are worth that kind of money, i tend to just stick to whatevers on special offer.
