Not sure what you mean with this bit. Do you mean you want all ports to be forwarded to this machine, or do you just want certain ports forwarded (i.e. to run a webserver, gaming server, etc).
Most manufacturers supply routers that would fit your requirements. By the sounds of it you want a normal router (maybe wireless), but if you want the first option I suggested above then it must have the option of specifying a DMZ (a machine that gets all the unmapped incoming ports sent to it - so that PC needs to have a firewall on it to stop it being hacked).
Any router you buy (well, 99% of them) will provide you with all the features you require. I personally use a Linksys router (a WRT54GC), but have been hapy with previous D-Link and Zyxel routers over the years.
