Anyone from Installations/Sales about?
If there's anyone around who has connections in to Installations in the South Wales area, please can you PM me - I've applied to have ntl put in at my new address and a letter arrived today to say it'll be this afternoon but I can't be there as it's too short notice.
I've been on hold to 0800 052 0649 since 9am and I've not spoken to anyone at all.

About 40 minutes at a time on each of the 3 occasions I've tried.

you could allways phone the wrong number and get them to put you through it happens to me when i phone the right number

What are you complaining about? that's pretty fast from what I have heard  .
Russ, if those numbers don't come up with anything, I can try in-house installations for you. Just drop me a pm and I will go see the install manager

We may be critical of ntl staff who just can't be bothered but Saneboy13 shows excellent customer care skills - as we all know the vast majority of associates are great people and when they go above and beyond like this, we need to shout it out!
