Anyone from Installations/Sales about?
 

If there's anyone around who has connections in to Installations in the South Wales area, please can you PM me - I've applied to have ntl put in at my new address and a letter arrived today to say it'll be this afternoon but I can't be there as it's too short notice.

I've been on hold to 0800 052 0649 since 9am and I've not spoken to anyone at all.

you could allways phone the wrong number and get them to put you through it happens to me when i phone the right number :shrug:

What are you complaining about? that's pretty fast from what I have heard;).

We may be critical of ntl staff who just can't be bothered but Saneboy13 shows excellent customer care skills - as we all know the vast majority of associates are great people and when they go above and beyond like this, we need to shout it out! :D
