Looks like there is a problem in my area but I can't get any info on it. Also the service status checker page says my phone number isn't reconised and my postcode doesn't have any cable services. If I log into my account it just goes to the 'oops something's broken' page when I check the service status.
Also when i've lost internet the last couple of day my Tivo has also dropped as well with no channels available.
