No Internet connection
 
Hi I'm in the TS17 area and my Internet is down. There is no fault showing on the service status page at the moment but there was one earlier but it disappeared after aa few minutes. Also I can't log into the shub2 to check anything.

Is anyone else having issues like this in the area or know if there are any faults in the area still? Cheers.

If you can't log into your hub then you have a Lan problem? Not a net access issue.

Forgot to mention that I can't connect via wifi either.

^^ That means it's even more likely to be a LAN issue.

Rebooted the hub and I have wifi back for now but still no wired connection. I've replaced the cable and tried different sockets on the hub but still nothing.

Any ideas?

EDIT:- Think i've found the problem. My stand alone Blu-Ray player that is connected to the shub had crashed. I've reset it and now I have the internet fully back up and running.

Looks like there is a problem in my area but I can't get any info on it. Also the service status checker page says my phone number isn't reconised and my postcode doesn't have any cable services. If I log into my account it just goes to the 'oops something's broken' page when I check the service status.

Also when i've lost internet the last couple of day my Tivo has also dropped as well with no channels available.

I have just tried the service checker and it doesn't recognize my postcode or phone number. So I would say that the checker is broken.

Apparently a fault has been raised F003735284 with a review date of 25th june.
