Ring up the provider sounds like a faulty phone and you know that number is 789 on Virgin Mobile, may be best to wait until after 8am tomorrow.

They will ask you to take it to the nearest provider that you are with, and they will send it for repair.

I think you're looking for a PAC not a PUK and I'd imagine you would have to phone up for it, so that they can try and persuade you to stay
