hi I can make phone calls ok but I can't send any texts at all and my network was down today as well could this be my sim cardis at fault or my phone I have a samsung galaxy ace I also can't connect it to my computer or update the software :mad::mad::mad:

Ring up the provider sounds like a faulty phone and you know that number is 789 on Virgin Mobile, may be best to wait until after 8am tomorrow.

They will ask you to take it to the nearest provider that you are with, and they will send it for repair.

If it is still under warranty they will send a courier to pick it up.

would like the samsung galaxy S3 or the iphone can i get my puk code from virgin by logging into my account on the website and how do I transfare all my contacts from virgin sim card to a micro sim

I think you're looking for a PAC not a PUK and I'd imagine you would have to phone up for it, so that they can try and persuade you to stay ;)
