For the past 2 weeks I've been having really slow connections to website taking ages to load.

the connection is fine as per the modem status page. Even the tracert report seems to be perfect. Are you using any p2p software as well?e.g. bittorrent, ares or e-donkey.
I would say the downstream SNR is too low and the upstream power is on the borderline for dropouts, I would post the results in the newsgroups for someone to take a look at.
An update had an engineer round yesterday to replace the modem and attach a filter seems to be fine now the signal levels have also been adjusted and the results are below of my 20mb
