Question about download caps
Since ntl are due to introduce new broadband speed tiers with strictly enforced caps, I was wondering if this is a daily, monthly or yearly limit?

If you read the relevant topics you will see that they are proposed as monthly limits.

The suggestion that metered broadband will come in during the first half of 2005 could mean it's pay per gig once the cap has been reached or move up a tier.
