Question about download caps
 

Since ntl are due to introduce new broadband speed tiers with strictly enforced caps, I was wondering if this is a daily, monthly or yearly limit?

If you read the relevant topics you will see that they are proposed as monthly limits. :)

The suggestion that metered broadband will come in during the first half of 2005 could mean it's pay per gig once the cap has been reached or move up a tier.
