Address For Cancelling ?
Hi just wondered if someone could confirm the address for cancelling an NTL dial up internet account ?
Is it still the 'Buckhurst Rd, Berkshire One'?

Will do ...........yes its 'Freedom'.........just that I saw two different addresses floating around including also 'Bartley Wood' one in Hampshire ..just wondered if it rang any bells !

Do I still have to ring also, usually just give you the address anyway. If so which is the cheapest number, preferably not a diversion to india ?

freedom number is 0870 445 0445 (I think off the top of my head  )

no need to ring also, they did try to pass you through to retentions....not sure if this still happens....im pretty sure this number does not go thru to india as its the customer services number for bartley wood.....tech support numbers are india based i believe.

Well letter sent (recorded) but not heard anything as yet (nearly a week)
Anyone know how long it takes ?
If not soon going to cancel direct debit & let them chase me !
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of the their procedure

Call the Royal Mail and find out when the letter was recieved and see if they've got a name for the person who signed for it.
