What do I have to do to cancel NTL??

I've been trying to get through to NTL cancellations for the last 2 weeks to cancel my services with them as I'm no longer at my old address, every time I try to get through I get cut off, even when I do get through there is an half an hour wait, I wait for 5 minutes then the line goes dead, can anyone help because I'm paying for something I'm not using here.

*Moving to correct forum as the General ntl & Telewest Discussion forum is not the right place for issues like this*

You can give written notice - 30 days I recall. Send it to the address on the bill. If you do it by recorded delivery you will be able to prove they got it if they deny it.
