Havnt been charged for a while
I have all three services from NTL (Phone, TV, Internet) and i have been told by NTL that i would be getting two bills from them 1 for the phone and digital tv which i have recieved and 1 for the net which i havent recieved for about 2 months.
I had the 1meg service the tv and phone, which used to be included all on the same bill. I upgraded the 1meg to 2meg which i got but they then stopped including this on the bill and i phoned up to see why this was and they told me that i would be sent a separate bill (which i have not seen yet).
I just wanted some recomendations on what i should do next as i dont want a giant bill for NTL's mistakes.
