Havnt been charged for a while
I have all three services from NTL (Phone, TV, Internet) and i have been told by NTL that i would be getting two bills from them 1 for the phone and digital tv which i have recieved and 1 for the net which i havent recieved for about 2 months.
I had the 1meg service the tv and phone, which used to be included all on the same bill. I upgraded the 1meg to 2meg which i got but they then stopped including this on the bill and i phoned up to see why this was and they told me that i would be sent a separate bill (which i have not seen yet). I just wanted some recomendations on what i should do next as i dont want a giant bill for NTL's mistakes. |

Have you phoned CS recently to check why you haven't got the bill? Are you paying by Direct Debit and if so are you paying what you think you should for all the services you have?

Also check you email address for the account. I had the same problem, only to find out that unless you ask for a paper bill, they send an email bill
