That is what I am interested in. I contacted Customer Services who told me Plymouth will not be upgraded until April! How ridiculous is that!!?? This means some people are paying the same as me and will have benefited from six months of more than triple the speed!
I don't think they have thought through their upgrade plan very thoroughly.

Cheeky gets have been charging me £35 all along was on origional 2MB elite service and am still only getting 2MB service won't even upgrade me to 4MB say they can't do it till Doncaster area upgraded. Still waiting for that as well.

so you missed the upgrade option that was in Selfcare through November then?
I'm paying £35 for 4Mb, soon (I use the term soon loosely) to be 10Mb
