£14.99 for first 3 months then £17.99 thereafter.

That is what I am interested in. I contacted Customer Services who told me Plymouth will not be upgraded until April! How ridiculous is that!!?? This means some people are paying the same as me and will have benefited from six months of more than triple the speed!

I don't think they have thought through their upgrade plan very thoroughly.

I'm paying £9.99 a month for 1meg and have been for the last 6 months and will be for the next 6 months.

Cheeky gets have been charging me £35 all along was on origional 2MB elite service and am still only getting 2MB service won't even upgrade me to 4MB say they can't do it till Doncaster area upgraded. Still waiting for that as well. :confused:

£35 for 4Mb :( but fingers crossed i will be upgraded to the 10Mb by the end of the month.

£25 for 4MB. I was upgraded from 1MB today...

so you missed the upgrade option that was in Selfcare through November then?


I'm paying £35 for 4Mb, soon (I use the term soon loosely) to be 10Mb

did pay £50! for 4meg before though...

They kept charging me £50 until i kicked up a fuss though

2003 £25 for 512 kb
2004 £25 for 1mb
2005 £25 for 4Mb
