i'm 10mb and i get 7-9mb from fast sites (eg fileplanet subscriber servers)

Cant get max downloading from newshosting, depends on the time of day, if its early morning then can max out my connection otherwise get 350k+ on 10mb, tried opening up lots of connections (8+) and i can get 1mb/sec



Yes. I used to get 250k/s on 2Mb

Am on 8Mbit down 512k up ADSL.

Downstream 7327 Kbps (915.9 KB/sec) 7913 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 489 Kbps (61.1 KB/sec) 528 Kbps (inc. overheads)

Sustains downloads at 915, upload between 60 and 62KB/s
