Replacing remote?

Have had a search on the forums but can't find an answer!

Could do with a new remote, as all the writing has rubbed off the buttons on ours (except the volume control , currently have the big remote with glow in the dark ok button, and i think the STB is a Pace 2000 series, about 5 years old.

I've been looking on ebay, and just want to know if the new shape remotes will work on this box?

Cheers
James

I'm sure they will!

Would not being able to read the keys count as faulty?

Re: Replacing remote?

2 weeks later, no sign of my replacement remote thus far, not too bothered as i should be getting a new STB on weds for 2mb upgrade! may give ntl a call about the remote to avoid a bill for it though!

i'll assume its the fault of the royal mail, and let ntl off on this one!
