Hi all,

This is a update on what I have done so far...

Turned power off to modem and pc and rebooted (no joy)
Reinstalled incredimail (No joy)
Used outlook express (No Joy)
Created new email address (No Joy)
Got a Friend to create a new email address (No Joy)
But when I use gmail or hotmail these email address are ok ????

So its only ntlworld ones are not working ....

Are you able to send an email to yourself? Have you been trying to sent to more than one email address and more than one ISP?

They work with internet firms like NTL and block ip address, have a read of this..........
