Missing TV Channels
Since (at least) last Wednesday we have not been able to get numerous channels on the TV - BBC2, Ch5, Eurosport, E4 etc etc.
Managed to get E4+1 but very "stilted".
Got the missing channels earlier today but they went off again at approx 9pm. If you leave it on the channel (E4) for example I get a blank screen for a while then the picture comes back, again "stilted" for a few seconds, then it goes off again !!
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks, CR.
PS : Am in Northwest - Cheshire.

Re: Missing TV Channels
I had the same problem. Ended up being a faulty box dropping channels. Got a new samsung replacement. Just ring CS and tell them you have tried everything like receiving signals. They try and feed you with loads of cod s**t.

Re: Missing TV Channels
Yeah sorry ring faults. When I did they told me I had to keep my box switched off for 14 hours. Thats what I mean when they feed you with cod s**t. I rang right at the start of the day so he knew everyone would be home by then. Did I do it? Did i heck

Re: Missing TV Channels
The fuss was about people on the end of the phone when you ring them. Luckily you emailed them as you always get a better response. They have time to look things over then and dont come up with the first thing that pops in their stupid little heads.

Hey, that's enough. A lot of staff help out on here in their own time, and insulting them is not on.

Please do NOT insult the Staff.
I don't know how many time I have to go over this ... the staff have a job to do, not everyone is perfect ... so leave them alone

Re: Missing TV Channels
I have to say I do not think broomsy was insulting the staff that help out on here. But in anycase perhaps it wasn't a good idea to make such a sweeping statement broomsy.
