Yours has got one on too on my PC but mine hasn't.  They are on everyones post but you don't see one on yours because you don't report your own posts.
When I check my mail through mailwasher and my NTL connection I get the "Connection to the pop server was reset, check your internet connection" on all accounts except a tiscali.co.uk account which works as normal.
