Re: VM log in

I'm not with VM anymore but I would recommend trying on a different device and with a different browser and if that fails contact their support.

Re: VM log in

I can log in via my iPad and on my iMac using chrome, the issue is with using safari and the iMac. I want to avoid contacting them as their overseas call centres are in general not very helpful and in 99% of cases impossible to understand.

Re: VM log in

As the issue is with Safari you may want to try and get help via them. You have confirmed the issue is not with VirginMedia and their support is unlikely to be able to help.

Have you tried clearing out cache and cookies?
