VM log in

U se Safari on a iMac, in Friday my blueyonder email just dropped out and despite trying to log back in to my VM account all I get on log in page after inputting my used name is a almost totally white page wi the VM logo at the top it will not let me input my password. Yest I can log in on both chrome or my via my iPad. I cleared cokkies just in case but it still will not let me in via safari. So whats going on? Also not sure if y this is linked but a contact I have communicated with for years their emails were being flagged up as spam.

I'm not with VM anymore but I would recommend trying on a different device and with a different browser and if that fails contact their support.

I can log in via my iPad and on my iMac using chrome, the issue is with using safari and the iMac. I want to avoid contacting them as their overseas call centres are in general not very helpful and in 99% of cases impossible to understand.

As the issue is with Safari you may want to try and get help via them. You have confirmed the issue is not with VirginMedia and their support is unlikely to be able to help.

Have you tried clearing out cache and cookies?

Cookies and cache cleared but not convinced the issue is not with VM.. I had. similar problem with British gas when. I got onto them the admitted that had some issues between their website and users of Safari.
