Make sure you get and keep a tracking number. Seen lots of posts where kit (not just VM) is returned and never arrives. No tracking number was given or the customer has lost it.
I've had kit I've sent to provider (not VM) which they said I never returned. Tracking showed I posted it and they received it. They then updated there records.
Yes I always do, I also take a photo although I can't even remember which year I sent by hub 3 back in so that maybe difficult to find now.
Amazon did that on an item I returned, they said they could not refund it until their system showed it had arrived.
The couriers tracker showed it had been returned, so I complained to their support, and they processed the refund.
Thanks all. Guess I'll just sit tight and wait for the returns packaging to hopefully arrive and take it to the local Yodel. Decided against the O2 shop as they don't seem to have a clue what they're doing and each one says something completely different. Strangely my landline phone went off on disconnection day (19th), my broadband stopped on 20th but my TV is still going strong. Hardly dare look at it as don't want to give them an excuse to charge extra.
Bad timing in that the VM community forum isn't active at the moment so I can't even have a whinge to them if it all goes South.
