Sitcom actor Brian Murphy dies aged 92.

I remember liking George and Mildred, although I was so young when it was on I couldn’t tell you anything about it (except I think I assumed they probably lived somewhere near Terry and June, and maybe even knew them, seeing as they all lived in my TV)

He was a fantastic actor and his comedy timing was superb. From an era when comedy was funny without having to revert to swearing. RIP George.
