And people also have the right to think “a politician who lies…who’d have thought it?”

How many years does it take people to learn all politicians lie :erm it just depends on how much it hurts you if it's important or not. Ie Boris and his parties, don't care, Reed and what she did before entering politics, is for me it's more concerning

Spot on, all politicians do lie. I mean if someone doesn’t care that Boris lied about “all guidance was followed” regarding lockdown while the likes of us couldn’t even attend funerals of loved ones, fair enough. If someone doesn’t care that Boris lied about there being no parties in Downing Street during restrictions, fair enough. If someone doesn’t care that Boris lied about not being told directly about Chris Pincher, fair enough. If someone doesn’t care that he lied about the NHS getting £350m a week from Brexit, fair enough. If someone doesn’t care that he lied about there being no cross-border checks after Brexit, fair enough. All whilst he was Prime Minister.
But no, let’s just focus on what the current Chancellor said about what happened before she was in office (all the while overlooking Boris’ shining record of lying before he was PM).

Re: Here comes the tax rises
Yeah for certain people who lost loved ones during those times, it’s not that easy to “let it go”.

A song in which someone is showing the first signs of getting drunk on power, and eventually comes close to destroying everything.
Appropriate.

Re: Here comes the tax rises
Damn right I don’t, you’ll ban me on the spot if I said what I really think of him on here. Because of him I couldn’t attend a funeral while he and his mates were enjoying parties together. I also can’t stand the hypocrisy of people keeping silent about his lies but pulling up other Parties up whenever they screw up. If people want to have double standard then fine, just be honest about it.

I don't care anymore, he was removed from office and he hasn't been in office for two years. He has no bearing on the future

She is in office and what she does, and says does, have a bearing on the future.
Boris may still have a big part to play in your life, but I would wager most of the country has moved on.
