Flashing green light on superhub and only 1 channel connected

Since getting home form work yesterday afternoon the up/down arrow on my Superhb 2 has been flashing green. Ive rebooted the hub several times and ran the tests through the service status page (which found no problem). Speed tests come back showing around 40mb down and 6mb up. I've looked in the Router status page and it shows that i'm only connected to one channel for both download and upload but the rest of the config looks ok. The connection is stable though.

Any ideas what's happening?

Fixed via web chat, a pin hole reset and what I suspect a config file upload as it rebooted twice after the pin hole reset. NOt sure which software version it was on before (forgot to check) but is showing V1.01.31
