The following messages were sent and received on the VM 152Mb board on 4 Dec 2014 and replied on 10 Dec 2014.
There was a an outage yesterday between 10.00 and 12.00 which on the status message it appeared to be some sort of scheduled maintenance. After the service came back I noticed that I only had one upstream channel instead of the two I had before. It doesn't seem to have made any difference to the upload and download speeds. Signal levels are well within spec.

I've checked this out for you, it appears to be a result of the recent maintenance, it won't affect the speed or performance, I anticipate you will see 2 upstreams again soon.
