One for ISP support staff

Are you an ISP support engineer?

If you are and are willing to participate in a very short survey please follow the link below

The questions are non-company specific and only about your role.

The responses will be amalgamated with other responses and will be used in an Open University Masters thesis

You will need to enter your ISP support e-mail address for validation of your responses. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to any other parties.

Survey

Many thanks

Basically any UK communications provider that supplies connectivity connections between customer location and access node (e.g. exchange).

Rather than say a provider of web services that doesn't supply connectivity products at all

Great question

Re: One for ISP support staff

What if "supplying connectivity between a customer location and an access node" is only a small part of our business and incidental to our main purpose which isn't as a "communications provider"?
