Basically any UK communications provider that supplies connectivity connections between customer location and access node (e.g. exchange).

Rather than say a provider of web services that doesn't supply connectivity products at all

What if "supplying connectivity between a customer location and an access node" is only a small part of our business and incidental to our main purpose which isn't as a "communications provider"?
