Nothing's wrong with them really. The downstream power levels should be as close to 0 as possible but there's leeway with that, I think (Don't quite me exactly) that the range is anywhere from -3 to +7 is considered acceptable. Yours are hanging around +3 to +4 which isn't exactly bang on 0, but it's still within the acceptable range. Your connection will be absolutely fine like this, I'd just have expected the engineer to get them a bit closer to 0.

Re: Very slow downloads, have I been capped?
AS I said, still in range. Techs don't have a lot of time on site (10mins per property on average) so if it's working ok, they won't touch it. Telford's issue was with power levels though so I'd have thought they'd realign them to 0 if possible. I don't know though.
+6 is still absolutely fine. Mine used to sit at +9.5 and were still fine though I'd wager if they got much higher they'd start dying.

Re: Very slow downloads, have I been capped?
It good of tech guy texted on my mobile asked me to check power level if it was all ok and if the speed still issues reply to him then he will come over to check the cabinet, network for me. But, I reply him say all is fine the speed still spot on 126/11.5 and power level still within range +3.0 to +4.0

Techs get 41 minutes per job (including travel time) also it depends on where Telford is in the cab those levels are prob the best they are going to be.

He changes his connection like other people changes clothes (underwear) or maybe he just surfaces from under the bridge....after deciding on what connection he is on and want to rate or slate this week.
