signal keeps dropping / not locked
Our signal keeps going from excellent to poor with the signal not locked and heavy pixelation or no signal at all.
One minute it's ok the next it's not.
Any idea's or is it a call out?
It's only been installed for 9 months so still under warranty.

Are all the cables connected tightly to the back if the box, (the input cables)?

Check all your satellite inputs are connected properly if that doesn't rectify it call Sky out , its better to get it looked at whilst still under warranty.

Took LNB off, took it apart and checked for bugs. Nice and clean, put it all back together and back on dish.
Seems to be better.
Input 1&2 signal strength @ 100%
Quality on both are 1 block from 100%
Seems to have sorted it hopefully.
