We're going to be directing all conversation on this hot topic here so we've not got multiple threads running on this simultaneously. And as soon as we hear any news from the negotiating table we'll update you.

Indeed it might.

I do agree, it does appear that BT want to harvest VM customer details.

I doubt there's many who'd sign up for 12 months at £12p/m and if people could sign on a monthly basis they'd probably only do it for the games they wanted to watch then cancel.
|
At this stage I don't believe that money is the priority for BT.

I once thought that this would never happen, but as 3D has not really taken off and Sky have now made Sky 3D partially available to more of their own customers to increase viewers, it wouldn't surprise me if Sky 3D appeared on VM.
VM now appear to be the only company interested in expanding 3D, possibly hoping to capitalise on a niche market by mopping up all those interested in it from other providors.

@BTCare: @Howardmicks We want BT Sport to be accessible to all and continue to negotiate with other TV platforms inc Virgin Media to achieve this aim

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
Just phoned virgin media said i wanted discount was paying £121.05 for VIP plus extra V+ Box she said she could do it for £110 but required a new 12 month contact. Currently have BT sport on the Sky box at £13 (Free HD) so currently costing me an extra £1.95 a month Plus £15 activation fee. The only annoying thing is I cant record BT Sport due to not being a sky subscriber.
