Sorry, I use the Oxford English Dictionary, which states
Quote:
Inference
a conclusion reached on the basis of evidence and reasoning:
researchers are entrusted with drawing inferences from the data
it seemed a fair inference that such books would be grouped together

Rather than Wikipedia, which took it from FreeDictionary....
Strange that neither OE, Webster, Cambridge, or the MacMillan dictionaries use assumed in their definition - I know which source I would depend on...

what about the poor people who have had problems with VM and Sky and BT.
Oh! and O2(BE).
Either "Everbody Haters" or "Neutrals" who realise that all ISP's have there faults from time to time. So say it as they see it from their own perspective but on a case by case basis without presumption or bias.
Personally don't appreciate STM or some of the atrocious customer service provided sometimes but only mention it when I feel its pertinent.

That's because you have a balanced and mature approach to life, good on you. Same here VM cheese me off sometimes but not enough to make me change provider and spend my life dissing them. On another subject I absolutely detest an airline company as they have left me in the lurch so many times, however I voted with my feet and will never use them again but do not swan around their web site dissing them as life's too short!

Re: VM least complained BB provider according to ofcom
Better than those who constantly sing VM's praises because they have shares in them. Those with genuine experience sharing it is much better than someone with a vested interest singing their praises for money reasons.
Might as well reply as Maggie has shown it is ok for the others to continue their snide off-topic comments

If you could be bothered to carry out a bit of research rather than spending your life trying to wind up people on a CABLE forum who have no interest what so ever in your bile, you would probably realise that VM shares do not exist any more. So no I am not a VM worshipper I am now a Liberty Global worshipper!

Why are you so bothered with what I post, unless you are convinced the opposite to what you say is true and that visitors to this site appreciate honest opinions based on customers own experiences rather than the fan club line of everything is superb.
All your posts tend to attack me rather than the argument, which says a lot about you and the substance to your words

Actually it is not.It was a comment on the utter pointlessness of threads like this that add nothing to any discussion because they always descend into anarchy and pointless off topic comments on others behaviour.

Have to agree on that although I would have thought it was down to moderators to slap the ones that start the topics going off-topic....

As i posted earlier i am enjoying watching the children fight amongst themselves. Great fun, and before Qt what ever his name is says i am posting this as a member of vm it has nothing to do with who i work for and more to do with the childish antics of those involved who have never grown up past puberty
.
when you guys have something grown up to say i will get involved in the real conversation until then i will just at you all
