Anyone know how far behind the system is to the live account? I only ask as the services shown are still showing my old package after just upgrading on the phone to a new one.. The billing is showing the extra charges but I'm reticent to use the new package features before it shows on my.vm just in case I get charged and have to chase down billing
Services: Virgin Media Phone, 10Meg Internet & TV & phone package.

Re: My.virginmedia.com services screen
It must be about a month behind, as we had to wait over a month for the refund we were due, after cancelling the films package from our account.
Which itself was weird, as they were charging us £27. 50 for the films, yet they said it would be £22 extra, when we first added them six months earlier?
