Sure charge £50 for it but don't try and mask the price behind an installation fee.

Yea the fee for installation is a bit much when it's little more than 10 mins work judging by the last time I had a modem swap out when a previous SH broke on me.

Does that mean trialists need to pay £50 to keep it?

We are allowed to keep them for doing the trial, that is the correct option considering the time we have given as part of the trial.

Re: superhub 2
installation fee of £49.99 for superhub 2 is misleading because the tech guy just swap the superhub and off he went, only under 5 mins of work!

How is the install fee paid do they add it onto your next bill?

Re: superhub 2
If you get a new super hub 2, do you have sign a new 12 month contract?
Also the problem I am having at the moment is it keep losing connection to my Roberts internet radio, and causes it to freeze, (this is not a problem with radio, as I have already swapped the unit once and same fault occurs.) Is the new hub better for this?

Re: superhub 2
Is it worth the upgrade?, Currently have the SH1 never had any issues with it only use wireless for the printer. Is there any noticeable difference from the SH1 apart from the wireless?.

Good question, 1 of the problems i had with the SH1 was that occasionally it used to lose the wired or wireless connection to devices like Xbox 360 WD MybookWorld and a Wireless Samsung TV, with my SH2 i have never lost a connection to any of those devices either wired or wireless, so for me i am going to keep my SH2.

No you don't have to enter into a new 12 Months Contract.
