That's because any channel selling their own subscriptions and not using Sky subscriber services set their own multiroom prices , Premier sports charge £2.99 for an additional box.

Boxnation cost me £10.00 via Virgin. For my £10.00 I could watch Boxnation in my livingroom and bedroom. It would cost me £20.00 to do the same via SKY. Needless to say Boxnation is currently only available in the livingroom in my house.

Allow setting of channelrecording by time ie BBC 1 9pm to 11.15pm

Wow thank you . This clearly is the answer to the point about needing two tuners to record two shows on the same channel

...not quite. A manual recording keeps the title of the first program
Say you manually record the two hours from 8 to 10 on Sunday (Call the Midwife and Ripper Steet), the single two hour program is called Call the Midwife.

I think it calls it "Manual: Call the Midwife" which is a bit of a clue

Sorry am slow today, what are you getting at. clearly it would use the first progammes name. As it does not use channel / time set. Which ever it did someone ( ME) would moan O how I miss Carl - Hi Carl if you are out there

He's just pointing out that it prefix's the show name with 'Manual:' so its easy to spot that its not a standard recording.

I am. Sorry, it didn't come out quite right.
I'd also prefer if it used the channel name, date and time instead.

Re: Making TiVo the best PVR ever!
You know these are all great ideas/views, but I would just like them to get some of the more mundane right . For example to allow you to set the TV guide to your own preference so when you use the guide it shows what you have set as default, I.e. favourites, sport, film etc instead of defaulting to all channels, also to allow you to set default recording preferences, like new only, until I delete etc. Just to give us a bit more control to set preferences to suit.
