Going from 20mb to 60mb New Modem Q?

Going from 20mb to 60mb New Modem Q?

Went to MyPage VM site and requested a new modem to get 60mb bb, I ticked the box that said I would install it myself. I got an email from VM that I would get the modem 10 days later (12-12-12).

Thing is, it said something like delivery between 8am and about 5pm, Q? is, are they sent out via the Post office or other company or do VM do their own delivery via their vans?

Who do I call for Tracking No ? I tried the numbers on the HDNL website but they are auto call ins and ask for the Tracking number and don't go any further if you don't put it in.

Catch22 , no tracking no , no contract to get one.

They changed their name because their service had such a bad name.

Actually they did not change the name they merged, never had an issue with them in either guise you can set your clock by the 3 vans that deliver to our estate.

Mine came by Yodel 2 months ago without issue!
