Broadband Technical Support is 24/7, 365 days. You said Customer Services in your first post
I rang customer services this morning @08.30.
Could you please advise on earliest installation of Tivo please, after a 2min silence all I got back was sorry I can't give you any information.
So I said I would ring later, possibly to UK agent.
So wasted call on my part.
