I need Technical support and as the person previous posted on here it goes to India after 2200. I got through to them but took about 1 hour and 30 mins each time. My last call was after 3am.

I rang customer services this morning @08.30.
Could you please advise on earliest installation of Tivo please, after a 2min silence all I got back was sorry I can't give you any information.
So I said I would ring later, possibly to UK agent.
So wasted call on my part.
