Increasing packetloss and ping

I'm in the Crawley area and my connection is suffering from high packet loss and high (and increasing) ping.

Is this a local issue or more widespread?

The service status page just gives me a 'We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted' error message!

Re: Increasing packetloss and ping

Still plenty of packetloss, so not exactly "fixed".

2.1Mb - 30.2Mb download, but generally stable upload of around 4.7Mb.

My 50Mb connection is normally very consistent (consistently good that is!).

I get upgraded to 100Mb tomorrow... that'll be fun!

yeah our area wasn't bad until this kicked off, pings improved recently too. offshore wont call back I guess, they haven't got a clue about the fault.

Not sure if this is related, but my connection has been pretty shocking recently (streaming from Youtube/iPlayer is impossible)

Just clarify, the packetloss this morning (shown above) was my 50Mb -> 100Mb upgrade.

I didn't realise that the monitor snapshot also updated in real time

is it worth ringing VM or will i get fobbed off as everybody else seems to have been on the VM forums?
My speeds are fine its just the packet loss that is making BF3 unplayable.
