Are virgin media engineer visits free?

I mean like when virgin media books u a virgin media engineer for u. The virgin media engineer comes down ur house and try's to sort out ur problem.

Jus wana make sure If it's free or not

If an engineer comes out to a fault then yes it is free as long as you've not caused the fault..(i.e..liquid spill)

If though you call out an engineer for moving cables or any other non-fault related work then it's chargeable.
