Was promised a TiVo last year for testing by someone in Twitter team and never got it... after kicking off with CEO office got promised a free one in December, do I have it now at end of March? Nope! Had a faulty box that I put up with for months and recently got changed to Samsung V+ coz I couldnt wait anymore for TiVo to come. Have the emails and note on my account (apprentally) and thats it. If doesnt materalise next week when the supposed launch for customers happens then OFCOM is my next call... seems as if they tell you anything at VM to keep your custom.

Well for VOD then, lets start with SkyOD as that would be high value content on demand, see my comment earlier.

Almost all customers if asked would say they are happy with what they get and why would they not be unless they read press releases and post on forums like this.
My sister only knows new HD channels are adde when I tell her and she has 4 boxes in the house
What she would like and notice more is extra content in VOD.
It's here thatVM can make themselves the best and where money should be spent
I would be much happier to have HD content adde that way than on channels as I could watch it when I want.

Yep I agree up to a point as most people cant be arsed to complain. This is the whole reason why they need to communicate better with us as customers. I have a mate that is presenter on Capital and recently switched over to VM from Sky to save money. He now is complaining about tech issues and bad customer services and has been offered a half price deal to go back to Sky. His experience of dealing with VM CS plus the tech faults has been so bad he cant put himself through complaining anymore and wants to leave... is fed up of waiting for red button etc to come.
Ive told him to complain to CEO office and mention that VM advertise on drivetime nationwide on his station and that he shouldnt have to play this card but has to coz he isnt getting any joy with CS and isnt happy.

Is it? we waited over 3 or 4 years to get more HD other than BBCHD? It's purley opinion what's excessive or not.... and you (and others) still haven't shown proof that these channels are NOT coming.
You all may be right, the truth is we don't know! But that's a different matter.

Personally can't be bothered to read mate, my choice. Whether it's seen as rude is another thing.
Gave up after the 1st paragraph as it seem to be just a rant. Willing to try and answer points/questions if I can, but I'm a busy man

So busy that you can spend time being rude to customers on a forum instead of doing your job? Or is it that you cant answer the questions and are trying to save face maybe?
If your job is in fact that you are a community manager who spends his day on the forums using aliases to promote VM then clearly you arent doing a very good job!

Your right we dont know but as customers who pay VM's staff wages we have a right to know when are getting content etc that we have been promised and we cant get what we request surely?

Whilst I agree you have a number of valid points, especially regarding communication with customers, I have to disagree with your interpretation of

to mean

That is an assumption, not a fact - it could be equally assumed that the majority of customers don't complain because they have nothing to complain about.
(and I don't work for VM, I am just another customer)

I haven't been rude, I asked you to summerise as you rambled, plus it's my day off if it's any of your business.
God help you if someone was actually rude to you! lol

And so you continue running off your mouth... the points are there for you to break down. If you cant be bothered then dont comment on the matter its quite simple really... silence is deafening from VM on these matters and your just clearly just proving my point by being sarcastic, rude or however you want to term your comments.
