It's been a quiet year so far as most of the money for their financial year was properly all gone. Not sure when there new financial year start's?

I think Virgin works from April till March so it will start on Friday.

LOL yeah like you say, launching or in virgins case not launching channels is hugely sensitive. I mean if someone actually found out goodness knows what could happen!
