Thumbs up Excellent Customer Service

Not always the case but for the 2nd time recently my subscribed channels failed to appear. Not asked to switch off and wait etc. Just did a couple of checks and offered a technical visit this Thursday and also £15 refund for loss of service. Fingers crossed I get the same person if anything else happens in the future

Agreed, it you get through to the right people normally a goodwill gesture follows in next months bill. In my case I had problems with two PPV events, one I got refunded completely and the other 50% refunded as they was a power unit failure in my area making me miss part of the event, unfortunately it was the most important part, the end of David Hayes last fight least I saw the replay the next morning. Fingers crossed for this weekend
