New Smartcard Query

Hi
Just received the new smartcard had it in a day now and about an hour ago had the card arriving shortly message on the screen?

I reinserted it after checking the number on card with letter (only one box) they match, however i never get the messages checking card details or the congratulations screen.

I have followed all instructions on the letter rebooting etc

Is my card ok or should i ring customer services?

Can you get all the chanels that you subscribe to?

If you do and don't get any error messages you should be OK.

If the card isn't working correctly you'd be seeing error messages.

excellent yes i can get all the channels as normal i was just concerned about that reminder on screen and the lack of messages confirming card details and no congratulations screen as the letter said i should get.

I never had a single message on my screen warning about the cards arrival but I knew what day they were arriving in my area which it did.

When I inserted my card the was a quick message on screen that disappeared before I had enough time to read it properly but it was onlong the lines of congratulations.
