All premium channels blocked

Hello we are on the VIP package + 50mb and suddenly, all the Sports channels etc won't work.

I get the following error message: "sorry you can't use this service because you're not authorised"

The weird thing is there is only 1 result for that error message on google and its for a site which is about hacking sky and virgin media cable boxes.

You might be in an area that has started the change to a new card and you might not have received yours. What area are you in

We got our new card several weeks ago. I just woke up this morning and the box was working again fine. Weird!

Have they sent out any more cards? It all seems to have gone quiet after they did Leeds. That might be a daft question as the op says he has received a card but he doesn't say what area he is from.

I am from Harrogate. Now I think about it I got the card closer to 3 months ago.
