Help Logging in with @NTLWorld.com

Hi, This could be a really easy answer, but I have an email with @NTLWorld.com at the end, and I go onto the Virgin website and goto the webmail part, and Cannot log in with it. I need to be able to log in as its from a PayPal account I have used, and I need an email in the inbox.

I'm not actually sure, a While ago, but it is still open and everything, I just can't login on the webmail on Vigin

Contact Technical Support. Even if it may show in the accounts list it may not be active.

Before they moved the systems over if you didn't log at least once in 90 days it got disabled (but not deleted)

Not sure what the rules are now

I thought the whole point of webmail is being able to log in from any computer that can connect to the web?

Talking about email, when are the @virginmedia.com email addresses coming out? On the webby it says in the coming months, but I think I remember reading that a while back.

That only applies to webspace. Webmail should work from anywhere.

I read that too and have asked CS several times, I think everything TV, BB, Phone and email addresses need to be standardised across the entite VM network. But all this takes time.

@virginmedia.com adddress for existing customers will be avaliable once the @Ntlworld.com migration is complete - which based on the timescales of the other migrations will probably be done by the summer
