No Chris the are many people posting similar configs and it is a known issue.

is the issue just affecting certain areas or certain modems etc?

That site has a lot of data and now I have tried I can understand the above post.

I would recommend you calling Tech Support as those figures are low for a 20Mb connection and need to be checked out.
